Welcome to Torki Bazar (“Torki Bazar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of torkibazar.com, our mobile application, and all services provided by Torki Bazar.

By accessing or using our website or mobile application, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Torki Bazar

Torki Bazar is an online grocery delivery platform serving customers within our designated delivery area in:

We operate exclusively online and do not have any physical retail outlets for customer purchases.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Customer Accounts

Customers may create an account to enjoy a faster and more convenient shopping experience.

You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order:

  • Your order is considered a request to purchase products and is subject to acceptance by Torki Bazar.
  • Submission of an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when necessary.

6. Order Verification

Every order is manually reviewed by our team.

Before processing your order, a Torki Bazar representative will contact you by phone to:

  • Confirm your order.
  • Verify your delivery address.
  • Confirm your delivery location.
  • Verify product availability.
  • Resolve any questions related to the order.

Orders may be cancelled if verification cannot be completed successfully.

7. Delivery Area

Torki Bazar currently delivers only within our approved service area surrounding Torki Bandar (Post Code: 8231), Gournadi, Barishal.

Orders outside our delivery coverage cannot be accepted.

If we determine during verification that your delivery location is outside our current service area, your order will be cancelled. Any eligible advance payment will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

8. Delivery Charges

Our current delivery policy is as follows:

  • Within approximately 3 km: Free delivery on orders of ৳249 or more.
  • More than 3 km and up to approximately 5 km: Flat delivery fee of ৳20.
  • Orders of ৳999 or more: Free delivery within our service area.

Delivery charges, minimum order values, and service areas may change in the future. Updated information will always be published on our website and mobile application.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide correct personal information.
  • Provide an accurate delivery address.
  • Share GPS/location information when requested for delivery purposes.
  • Be available to answer verification calls.
  • Be available to receive the order.
  • Check products upon delivery.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or order cancellation.

10. Payments

Torki Bazar currently accepts:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Approved online payment methods, including bKash (where available)

Customers agree to pay the full amount shown during checkout, including any applicable delivery charges.

Torki Bazar does not store customers’ debit or credit card information.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by the customer or by Torki Bazar before delivery.

Torki Bazar may cancel an order if:

  • The delivery address is outside our delivery area.
  • The customer cannot be contacted for verification.
  • Products become unavailable.
  • Incorrect information is provided.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • Delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

Where applicable, eligible advance payments will be refunded.

12. Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If Torki Bazar cancels a prepaid order for reasons such as delivery outside our service area or product unavailability, eligible payments will be refunded through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

  • Brand name
  • Website design
  • Mobile application
  • Images

is owned by or licensed to Torki Bazar and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable services, Torki Bazar shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Road closures
  • Traffic conditions
  • Government actions
  • Technical failures
  • Internet outages

Our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
